Product Overview

The BR standard fixed broaching head from Brighetti Meccanica (BM), Italy, is a rigid tool for broaching blind and through holes. Unlike adjustable holders, this series has no adjustment mechanism: the broach is installed in the body at a defined angle and receives rotary and oscillating motion during operation.

It requires an accurately pre-drilled hole and an appropriate chamfer, and is suitable for medium-heavy to heavy production. The bearings can be replaced.
