YonarTools at EMO 2025
YonarTools attended EMO 2025 as part of its participation in major international trade fairs. Discussions with suppliers informed our work in sourcing tooling and services for customers in Iran.
Our attention was on specialist tooling for medical manufacturing, particularly dental and spinal implants. We met suppliers working with Swiss-type solutions and related tooling, including rotary broaching, threading and micro-milling.

- Application-based tooling shortlists: for dental and spinal components, reducing trial-and-error purchasing.
- Swiss-type tooling packages: inserts, holders and geometry selected for miniature medical components.
- Rotary broaching, threading and microdrilling kits: for titanium, cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) and PEEK.
- Process support: stable surface-speed and chip-load windows, burr-free drilling strategies, and coating and flute recommendations.
- Initial validation packages: for first-part checks with minimal downtime.
- Supply and local support: in Iran through several OEM partners.
- Training and consultation: for operators and process engineers.
