The tapered thread mill is a solid carbide thread milling tool engineered for producing precision tapered (conical) threads such as NPT, NPTF, Rc/R (British Standard), and custom taper forms. Using CNC helical interpolation, one tool can produce the full tapered thread in a single operation, eliminating the need for dedicated taper taps and dies. Ideal for fittings, hydraulic connectors, and pneumatic port threading applications.
