Product Overview

Custom profile linear inserts are made-to-order precision carbide cutting inserts manufactured to match any non-standard thread form, proprietary groove geometry, or special cutting profile required by the customer. Common applications include proprietary dental implant thread profiles, special bone screw geometries, custom groove forms for sealing and retention, and legacy thread standards no longer available in catalog products. Each insert is precision ground from submicron carbide to the customer’s exact profile drawing, with full inspection report provided.
